We stayed midweek for one night on the way down to Spain. The room was dirty, there was dust everywhere and the communal areaS like the lobby and lift looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. We asked to move rooms and the reception staff moved us to a room where a family was sleeping! Will be going back to staying in Accor hotels. DISASTER!!

!!BOOK ONLINE and NOT in person!! There's a significant price difference! I was quite disappointed to find out in the morning how expensive our less-than-12-hour-stay-without-breakfast was. Do yourself a favour and book online. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was simple and small, but clean. We asked the staff if there were any other discounts they could provide or include breakfast, there wasn't anything offered. They said if we booked online it would've been 50EUR less!! I find that to be such a rip off. I've sent a message into Best Western via their website. We'll see if anything happens. If you're travelling to the hotel at night, it is a dark and mysterious area, and you have to page them to open the metal barrier. Not something a Canadian was used to. LOL

Unfortunately the location is not connected to public transport, otherwise good, comfortable beds, rooms a bit old but clean, closed parking lot, very good breakfast, very nice and helpful staff

A nice hotel for an overnight stop on the way down to Spain. We stopped on a Saturday evening so the restaurant wasn't open but the guy on reception prepared us a large cheese and ham board with fresh bread and an apple Tart with ice-cream for desert so no problem at all. He was a star. Loved the effort that he made.

It is not right to give a 3 star hotel 5 stars but it is a 5star 3 star hotel. For us, everything was perfect. We came by car and easy and safe free parking, very good breakfast, clean and nice room. would definitely return.

We did not spend the night here, but I put 5 points for the excellent receptionist who took care and helped us settle in another hotel, since they had everything booked!!! Great rarity!!! Romain Boutin thank you very much for your attention and help! You are a wonderful worker and a very responsive person! My husband and I are delighted!!!
